Hip Hop @ Baze works on cardio and co-ordination on a beginners level. Every one can dance! Get your heart rate up with funky moves to the beat of hip hop music.
Hip hop is a fantastic way to lose weight and tone up - and you’ll have so much fun, you won’t even notice the effort you’re putting in.
If you don’t feel like jumping straight in to a group class, Baze provides one on one sessions in Hip Hop.

Mum and Bub class

If you are a mum to be or you recently had a baby this is the perfect class for you. We target problem areas as thighs, arms and core. It’s a fun low-impact cardio based class, which means it’s great for weight loss!
You can bring your bub to the studio so you are able to workouts while still having your pressures baby in sight. It’s also a great opportunity to meat other mothers. The class includes: Low impact cardio training, Light weight circuit and core stability exercises.

Strippercise

Looking for something fun and different to do for your hens night or staff party? Why not hire a qualified Stippercice instructor to teach you and your friends some funky and sensual moves! Strippersice is a enjoyable low impact dance class where you learn some easy and cool dance routines till sexy music. Take the chance and learn how to move your body just like Carmen Electra and The Pussycat dolls! (Note: Your clothes stays on)
