Baze Boot Camp is designed to challenge you physically. It’s the perfect training to increase muscle tone and cardio fitness. A combination of boxing, running, hill training, push ups, sit ups, and sprits amongst other activities. Booking required!

Weight Circuit  |
An excellent cardio based weight circuit to get in shape. We use light weights combined with fun basic body weight exercises during the class and finish off with core and abs strength exercises. A great way to tone up! |
